Nearly a decade of khata.
One family of businesses.
Since 2017, E-Khata has connected Pakistani businesses with international-standard accounting and inventory technology — and stayed beside them after the sale.
E-Khata started in 2017 with a single product — proper printed receipts for shops in Lahore's oldest wholesale markets — and has spent nearly ten years growing into a full accounting, inventory, and production platform. We didn't get here through ad budgets. We got here one referral at a time, because the businesses we serve kept telling their neighbors about us.
Behind the product is a team of more than 25 developers and support engineers, and a culture we're genuinely proud of: we grow with each other, we answer the phone, and we treat every client like family — because once you're on E-Khata, you're part of the E-Khata family.
Our churn is under 5%. Not because of lock-in contracts — because of support. We believe local businesses deserve an international-standard product and someone who picks up when the daily close doesn't balance at 9 PM.
Clients are family
Once a business joins, they're part of the E-Khata family. We grow with each other — our roadmap is written by the shopkeepers, distributors, and factory owners who use the product every day.
International standard, local heart
We bring world-class accounting technology to local markets — built to global engineering standards, designed for the way Pakistani business actually runs.
Support is the product
Software in Pakistan lives or dies on after-sale support. It's the hardest part of this business — and the part we've honored from day one. That's why our churn stays under 5%.

It started behind a counter in Azam Cloth Market.
In 2015, a computer science graduate joined his father's clothing business and saw ten thousand shops running on paper. The rest is the story of E-Khata.

Developers, support engineers, and market people — most of us grew up around the same businesses we now build for.
